All 2017 New Students (Featured Speaker) – Fall 2017

“Kennedy provided thoughtful and inspiring advice as one of three panelists on our “Many Paths” program for all entering Yale Law students during our orientation.  Having known him as a student, I was not at all surprised that he shared wisdom and stories that were insightful, real, and humorous and that have provided a great foundation for our students as they embark on their legal careers.”

Yale in D.C. and New York (Featured Speaker) – Summer 2016 & 2017

“Kennedy hosted three small group programs for Yale University’s Office of Career Strategy, in which he engaged and challenged our students to rethink many of their preconceived notions of career paths after Yale. Kennedy was an outstanding addition to our summer schedule and we hope he continues to work with Yale to assist students as they cross the bridge from college to career.”

Macaulay Honors Speaker Series (Inaugural Speaker) – Fall 2017

“Kennedy Gachiri is onto something big: the question of what makes people thrive in the environments that they choose to be in. The Superstar Agenda seeks to answer that question through direct examples of the people with whom Kennedy conversed and through his personal story of self-examination and development. He shared his experiential wisdom with the students in the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College, putting them on a journey of critical thinking of themselves, their careers, and their rightful place in the world. Thinking about the possibilities and what makes you tick is critical to future success and fulfilment. It is a philosophy that Kennedy makes incredibly real.”

Harrison College House Speaker Series – Penn’s Largest Residence With ~800 Students (Featured Speaker) – Fall 2017

“It was wonderful to have Kennedy back at a homecoming of sorts at the University of Pennsylvania. He exhilarated a room full of eager, intelligent, and inquisitive students in literally and metaphorically the same place that he was a short time ago. Kennedy offered a powerful message, encouraging students to be introspective, to attune themselves to their innate creativity, and to connect personal satisfaction with professional aspirations. His words inspired students to listen intently and perhaps to follow the examples set by him and others who are part of his superstar agenda. As an advisor, administrator, and educator, I greatly appreciated that students heard the message that they should do what they love from somebody as successful, uplifting, and insightful as Kennedy. Students would have stayed all night listening to him speak if it were possible.”

The Wesleyan Indaba – Wesleyan’s annual Africa summit (Inaugural Keynote Speaker) – Fall 2017

“As the President of the Wesleyan African Students Association, I invited Kennedy to finalize our first Wesleyan Indaba/African Conference as the keynote speaker. He was phenomenal! His talk on the Superstar Agenda was very insightful to the room full of high achievers. He made us think about philosophical concepts but in the ordinary sense, such as our will to self-actualize. I believe that Kennedy is gifted with an ability to make his listeners mentally transcend from their circumstances and view themselves in a greater light in which they are in control of their future. His talk spoke to the purpose of education by encouraging us to think about how to create in ways that speak to us, whether in artistic or entrepreneurial forms. This, based on his experiences and interactions with Superstars, was one of the ways to guarantee our success. Most students still remember his inspiring words to this day.”

The Winter Summit (“Imagine. Create. Engage. Change Agents of the Future.”) (Featured Speaker) – Winter 2017/2018

“Kennedy was terrific to work with. He understood our population from a personal point of view. He was easy to work with regarding logistics and so comfortable with the setting he was presenting in. The feedback we received from participants highlighted his presentation style and comfortability with the audience. A must to return!”

Joseph Wharton Scholars Leadership Series (Featured Speaker) – Spring 2018

“Kennedy provides an incredible breath of fresh air for young professionals looking to achieve their true potential!  Not only does Superstar Agenda provide engaging insights into what drives some of the world’s greatest creators, but it also allows students to step back and see how their talents and passions can be used to thrive in whatever they do.  Undoubtedly, Kennedy’s work left a lasting impact on the community of Wharton scholars.”

Global Entrepreneurs Speakers Series (Capstone Coaching Session) – Spring 2018

“As the Global Program Manager at ERA, I invited Kennedy to join as a speaker and to host a session to the startups founders from two of our Global Accelerator Programs – from South Korea and Belgium. During his 45-minute talk, Kennedy understood his audience from the start and offered some powerful insights, surrounding the idea of a “Superstar”. He brilliantly connected this notion, to some of the struggles faced by early stage entrepreneurs such as building companies with the right people, and by extension forming solid teams and acquiring strong leadership skills. Kennedy’s subtle touch of humor doubled by his very candid demeanour made his speech extremely profound.

In addition to this, Kennedy is really easy to work with, he accommodated our schedule and built a good rapport with the entrepreneurs to the extent that he had individual follow-ups sessions with some of them.”
